Leave behind the busy hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a day retreat with you in mind. Designed to nourish your soul and uncover the very essence of your natural spirit. Its a day for you to rejuvenate your body and mind with yoga, live music, meditation, a massage, delicious locally sourced vegetarian food and cake while meeting some wonderful like minded people. We will also spend time exploring breathing techniques and how to use this through our meditation and practice. You will feel inspired as we recharge in this magical place. This is a perfect opportunity to relax, let go and take in the retreat to nurture the soul in nature. The venue has such beauty and dates back the 17th century with 50 acres of enchanted grounds.

I really enjoyed the mix of activities: asanas in the morning, yin yoga/meditation in the afternoon . Being able to take time to eat/relax/chat with other participants was also appreciated. I'm always on the go: work, kids, home, family drama, friends, etc. I needed to take time for me badly ! Thank you for offering that space.
So well organised with 2 great styles of yoga and beautiful music on the hand pans.
It was also great to be
able to have massage too. Enjoyed the meditation as its really what I needed
Was such a lovely day. Great yoga session first thing in the morning followed by a fab lunch. Meditation class allowed me for the first time to really try and connect and let go.
I am a senior 200 hour registered yoga teacher who took her training with BSY.
Before I qualified, I had always kept fit by doing some form of movement whether it was running, going to the gym or dancing.
I fell in love with the practice after my children were born. I only had 1 fallopian tube so my chances of conceiving were slim according to some doctors.
As with many moms, I felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful towards my husband.
I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment.
Through the practice of yoga I shifted my state , I found that stretching my body created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. I now practice meditation and wonder how I ever did with out it. I strongly believe that yoga is a tool to eventually bring you to meditation and I'm so grateful to have found it.
It brought me back from some very dark thoughts.
We all have our own stories and I hope to get to know you all a bit better. I feel honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion .
I teach with a passion for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and love can be cultivated and practiced.
Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
