A dynamic class designed to make you sweat. We move and flow from one pose to the next, linking breath with movement and usually building to a peek pose.

You will leave feeling energised and rejuvenated.

Flow and Go

Start your day with a playful vinyasa yoga class ideal for the mornings. You will open up the backs of the legs, lower backs, shoulders and release tight hip flexors. Waking up the body and helping circulation, this yoga class is a great way to make sure your day flows. An all-levels class.
