Sano Spain Retreat

Set in a tranquil and sub-tropical natural environment lies our boutique hotel, our base for daily yoga sessions, swimming, coastal walks, and the natural beauty of an authentic Spanish coastal town . Its the perfect opportunity to de-stress, unwind, relax, and re energise as you connect healing power of the sea, sun and nature. A perfect place to deepen your yoga and meditation and unfurl from the everyday stress of modern life, and connecting to whats most important .This is a wonderful retreat to explore one of Spain's most stunning and unique cities near Valencia, Denia. Set between the mountain and sea our retreat will be filled with fun, energising and uplifting yoga practices, with every class planned to take you on a journey.


Our home for 5 days is a beautiful family run 4 star hotel  located near the Montgó Natural Park and a few 100 meters from the sea. Its a peaceful, tropical quiet sanctuary in the middle of nature with a beautiful beach, transparent waters and bustling marina

Time to just be – to swim, go to the beach, indulge in a good book, treat yourself to a massage, journaling, or simply sleep. Your time.​

  • 5 nights’ accommodation based on two people sharing a twin/ double en-suite room or single occupancy in double room for privacy.

  • Transfers to and from the airport (based on arriving and departing around the same times as the flights detailed below).

  • Breakfasts each day,  2 evening meals and 2 late lunches and include 1-2 glasses of wine or fizzy drinks with each meal

  • Yoga sessions each day - up to 7 overall

  • Mini breath, meditation, lift off workshops.

  • Guided paddle boarding

  • Excursion to Denia Castle 

  • PT Session

  • Flamenco Dance

  • Live Music

  • Return flights to Valencia or Alicante Airport.  

  • Any massage treatments taken while at hotel.

5 nights at £955 pp based on 2 sharing an en-suite twin or double room.  Or if you’re seeking a little privacy and space for yourself, single occupancy in a double room at £1,150 pp based

About me

I'm a 500 Hr Advanced Registered yoga teacher that loves to empower women and men through movement, breath and meditation. I'm a big fan of the beauty and power of the mind and body. Im a creative soul and I have always been spiritual. It wasn't till I had children that I really found myself wanting to share the practice with others. I firmly believe that most of us need tools to help with modern day living. After my two lively and wonderful children came, I felt disconnected to my body and life, I love them endlessly but this was a start of a new phase. 

As with many moms tho,  I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.

I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts. 


We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.

I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
