MARRAKECH SANCTUM RETREAT

As caregivers, nurturers, and doers, time often slips away in service of everyone else. Making space for yourself can feel like an impossible luxury—but it’s not. It’s essential. Science backs what your heart already knows: when you carve out time for you, you return to the world lighter, stronger, and more connected.

We all carry something, a form of life stress, burnout, change, old wounds, or deep fatigue. Healing doesn’t mean being “fixed.” It means allowing space for growth, release, and renewal. It means slowing down enough to hear your own voice again. Healing begins with a pause.​​

This retreat was created for you to uncover, unfurl and unwind and to connect back with the very essence of who you are.

Over the course of the week, you’ll be invited to let someone else take care of the itenary and be invited to put down what no longer serves you so you gently reconnect back to yourself. Our movement practices are designed to release tension and tap into a new energy. We’ll move with intention through supportive asana, with breath, meditation, and mantra—tools to soothe your nervous system and replenish your spirit. You’ll also have the chance to step out of your comfort zone with optional activities—or simply relax and read that book, savour nourishing meals, and enjoy heartfelt conversations with like-minded women who get it.​ Or simply have that nap, whatever YOU need.

There’s no pressure, only possibility.

 

Everything is optional. Whether you need silence and space or laughter and connection, this retreat offers the time and tools to come home to yourself.

OUR HOME FROM HOME IN MARAKECH

 An unforgettable Riad in the heart of the busy medina with private or shared rooms, amazing  chill-out areas, and a green paradise with a swimming pool in the court yard. All of this with quick location to the souks and a perfect refuge to regenerate your vital life force, equilibrium, energy, strength, mobility, flexibility. We aim to bring spaciousness to our bodies, minds and soul, allowing us to enjoy moments of bliss and joy. A true hidden gem, a little slice of paradise, and the perfect place to slow down and recharge

4 nights start from £850 pp based on 3 sharing a suite which has 1 double and a single bed.  Please note, and sorry to state the obvious, but if you book a ‘sharing room’ you will need to find someone to share with you. Or if you’re seeking a little privacy and space for yourself, single occupancy in a double room at £1350 pp

About me

I'm a senior yoga teacher that loves to empower women and men through connection, movement, breath and meditation. I'm a big fan of the beauty and power of the mind and body. Im a creative soul and I have always been spiritual. It wasn't till I had children that I really found myself wanting to share the practice with others. I firmly believe that most of us need tools to help with modern day living. After my two lively and wonderful children came, I felt disconnected to my body and life, I love them endlessly but this was a start of a new phase. 

As with many moms tho,  I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.

I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts. 

 

We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.

I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.

A rejuvenation workshop to pause, breathe, and enjoy yoga, and festive wreath-making!

We start with a slow vinyasa yoga session with options for all levels. Followed by a calming mindfulness practice to relax, focus, and reconnect. Then we have Tracy from Creation Flowers, a highly skilled and experienced local florist, guide us for a Christmas wreath-making workshop. Using fresh evergreens and festive adornments, you’ll create a unique, handcrafted wreath to take home — no experience needed, just your creativity and festive spirit.
