One 2 One Classes

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming in a group setting. Working one to one helps develop a clear understanding of the yoga poses and breathing techniques, rather than getting lost in the flow of a regular class.

Private yoga classes are customised to fit your specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for injuries, restorative benefits for stress or emotional situations, and helping you work towards specific goals.

In a one-to-one yoga lesson, I select poses which are appropriate to your needs and experience, so that you develop a safe, intelligent and nourishing practice.

Each private yoga class is customised to meet your needs.  A yoga practice  cultivates the awareness of each moment. You might want to create and practice your own personalised sequence which we repeat (modified as necessary), or you may be working with a specific issue.

A block of 5 private classes are available for £250 .

Cancellation can be made with no charge if a minimum of 24 hours

 A private one 2 one class enables you to build confidence in a personal setting and can be taught either in the privacy of your own home or in a park or a private studio. It provides the perfect opportunity for us to work together to focus on the needs of your body and energy. Together we explore what works for you and maximise your potential. 

Private sessions are designed exclusively for your level of experience and the issues you wish to address. They may be appropriate if:

  • You are new to yoga and would prefer to begin in a private setting rather than a classroom. If it’s ultimately your intention to attend yoga classes, we can work towards that goal.

  • You are experienced in your yoga practice and would like to broaden a particular category of poses, or overcome specific challenges.

  • You have chronic pain or an injury. Students often attend classes in conjunction with private yoga sessions to refine their alignment details in order to heal through the practice of yoga.

  • You are interested in developing a safe, effective home practice.

  • Your schedule makes it difficult to get to class. We all go through periods where it’s not possible to attend classes

  • Scheduling a private session during a busy week can help you through an especially stressful time and stay on track with your practice.
