I'm collaborating with Anna from Flamingo yoga who will lead the first practice of our wonderful  'Shifting our Sh*t' day retreat. Expect a vinyasa dynamic flow that will invite you you to tune into your body and mind with openness and curiosity

The afternoon workshop will have interactive partner work that will be fun and connective. You can have a treatment instead if you prefer. 

Later I lead the final practice that will slowly move to a restore practice, integrating meditation and breath work. This practice will help promote relaxation and healing and to restore and rebalance the body and mind. In an active relaxation, we help reset the body using props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and optimum health.
