If you found yourself on my page, you have started your journey of uncovering, healing, wellness and transformation. You want change but perhaps you don’t know where to start -  you know there are no quick fixes.

 

Yoga and all its elements have the power to heal and transform you. To cultivate a freedom in your body, mind and spirit. After all, isn't that what we all want?

And it all begins now, with one pose at a time. My classes will challenge you to do the work because change isn't easy - its murky, difficult, and sometimes dark. However, my method is simple - we listen to our bodies and we have fun! Because ‘everything you seek is seeking you’.

A 2 hr workshop breaking down elements in headstand, forearm stand and crow. This workshop is open to beginners and intermediate level developing strength and flexibility to show you how to use the mind, breath and body in ways aligned to natural movement. Covering the basics and understanding the elements. Prepare to have fun and fly!
