Join us for a wonderful escape to one of Spain's most stunning and unique cities, in the heart of Valencia is Denia. Set between the mountain and sea our retreat will be filled with fun, energising and uplifting yoga practices, with every class planned to take you on a journey.
At this retreat you may dip in or out as much or as little as you like. Unwind, relax, and nourish yourself in this gorgeous place. Here you will experience true Spanish culture and food surrounded by ancient architecture, castles, churches and Roman remains. It also has the glorious Mediterranean Sea - what's not to love!
Complete beginner yoga levels are welcome as well as all levels, remember everything is ‘optional’ on this retreat, although I hope you’ll love the sound of it all.


The hotel is located near the Montgó Natural Park and a few meters from the sea. A quiet place to rest in the middle of nature with a beautiful beach, transparent waters and bustling marina.

Relax and let yourself be carried away by the magic of this unique sanctuary between the sea and mountains. The hotel surroundings feels somewhat tropical and offers its own swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The restaurant prides it self on serving delicious locally sourced food so expect fresh seasonal flavours.

Final reflective yoga session followed by breakfast before checking out and getting our transfer back to the airport.

About me
I qualified as a 200 Hr Registered yoga teacher in 2015 and I had always practiced up till then but it really felt like it was my calling once my children were born. Before then, I was more inclined to run and go to the gym to release stress which included some stretching. But after 2 c sections quite close together, I felt disconnected to my body and I wanted something else, and that's when I rediscovered my practice. It was because of my teacher at the time, she really inspired and encouraged my growth.
As with many moms tho, I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.
I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts.
We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.
I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
