24 -29 APRIL 24

The truth is that we are all healing from something, perhaps a broken heart, burnout, a change of circumstance, stress from work, childhood trauma or loss. Healing is much more than just getting better or having no problems. Healing is growth, development, and takes time. In a word, healing is change. It takes time and energy and struggle, but healing teaches us that repair is a process. Mending takes time. Growth takes time.

This retreat has been thoughtfully planned with you in mind, to relieve stress, explore connection, and ultimately let go of what no longer serves us  and for deep replenishment of  the mind, body, and soul. Our physical practise will focus on releasing tension and waking energy to promote healing and investigated supported Asana positions, pranayama (breath practise), meditation, and mantra.

Step out of your comfort zone and learn to surf while you are here. We'll recharge with fresh food, mindful chats, good company, and soul-nourishing yoga. If you're looking for some space and some alone time, this long weekend is for you! Remember you can opt in or out as much as you would like

About me

I'm a 500 Hr Advanced Registered yoga teacher that loves to empower women and men through movement, breath and meditation. I'm a big fan of the beauty and power of the mind and body. Im a creative soul and I have always been spiritual. It wasn't till I had children that I really found myself wanting to share the practice with others. I firmly believe that most of us need tools to help with modern day living. After my two lively and wonderful children came, I felt disconnected to my body and life, I love them endlessly but this was a start of a new phase.

As with many moms tho,  I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.

I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts.

We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.

I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
