Dolce Sol Yoga Retreat offers you a sanctuary from the outside world and well-deserved time to nourish your body, calm your senses, relax your mind and awaken your spirit. Spend your days indulging in blissful yoga classes, fresh home cooked Italian food, treat yourself to a massage, read a book, trip to the castle or take an afternoon nap, hire a bicycle or car and explore the stunning surroundings and beaches.

Set in a tranquil and sub-tropical natural environment lies our boutique hotel, our base for daily yoga sessions, swimming, coastal walks, and the natural beauty of an authentic Italian coastal town . Only 20 minute walk from the town centre, its the perfect opportunity to de-stress, unwind, relax, and re energise as you connect healing power of the sea, sun and nature. A perfect place to deepen your yoga and meditation and unfurl from the everyday stress of modern life, and connecting to whats most important .

Our home for 4 days is a beautiful family run 4 star hotel not far from Gallipoli centre but surrounded by pines trees, lemon and olive tree Its a peaceful, tropical quiet sanctuary in the middle of nature with a beautiful beach, transparent waters and bustling marina

About me
​
I'm a 500 Hr Advanced Registered yoga teacher that loves to empower women and men through movement, breath and meditation. I'm a big fan of the beauty and power of the mind and body. Im a creative soul and I have always been spiritual. It wasn't till I had children that I really found myself wanting to share the practice with others. I firmly believe that most of us need tools to help with modern day living. After my two lively and wonderful children came, I felt disconnected to my body and life, I love them endlessly but this was a start of a new phase.

As with many moms tho, I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.
I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts.
We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.

I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
