Yoga

We will set up in the crystal room in this magical location. first yoga sessions will begin with a flowy energetic practice, to warm and energise the body and build towards more challenging poses. The session will look at detoxifying and leave you feeling energised and glowing. The groups class finishes with a long relaxation that brings the nervous system back to its natural state. 

In the afternoon we will move to a restore practice and integrate mediation and pranayama (breath work). This practice will help promote relaxation and healing and to restore and rebalance the body and mind. The restorative poses is active relaxation and helps reset the body using props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and optimum health.
